As an effort to
make the area more attractive, an incentive fund
has been established to encourage exterior renovation
to the street facade of the buildings.
Financial Incentive:
25% grant
Up to $5,000 per facade
Maximum amount of
$10,000 per owner
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Receive and return
application from the community serviced department
- Facade and loan committee reviews application
- Submit request for reimbursement after project is completed
