Convention & Visitors Bureau is pleased to provide your
conference with the following services. We recognize
that every group is unique and we will do our best to

Hospitality Bags
Hospitality bags containing information about area
attractions and events, local merchant coupons will be
included when available. If you would like
hospitality bags please submit your request 60 days
prior to your arrival.
Public Relations
We will assist with public relations activities by
providing local, state and regional media contact lists.
We will also work with the local media to encourage
maximum coverage of your convention or event.
Hospitality Liaison
We will serve as your hospitality liaison for the
Ottumwa,
Iowa area. We can put
you in touch with contacts and suggest locations for
unique and individualized festivities.
Shuttle Service
Should you require shuttle service, we’ll assist in
coordinating local bus lines to serve you.
Spouse/Child Programs
The Convention & Visitors Bureau can assist in
coordinating spouse and children’s programs, educational
and recreational tours, and offer suggestions for “down
time” activities.
